Overview: Under general supervision, responsible for planning, controlling and directing real estate activities such as site location and acquisition, right-of-way negotiation, building and land acquisition and disposition, space leasing, property management, and maintenance of properties to support wind site development. Activities include researching private and public records, determining ownership, mineral leases, etc. and analyzing and interpreting legal documents. Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required, along with excellent communication and analytical skills and ability to travel extensively.
