Call for Posters (Penn State Undergraduate Students)

The “All In at Penn State: A Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion” conference welcomes poster presentations from Penn State undergraduate students to provide an opportunity for conference participants to observe the impact of student diversity on the research enterprise. Proposals from all colleges and campuses are welcome. This is an opportunity for students to share their research contributions in their fields of study. The conference organizers are committed to organizing a diverse poster session that is reflective of the entire Penn State community. Submissions from women, minorities, individuals with disabilities, and veterans are highly encouraged.

Poster Proposal Submission: Individual abstracts up to 250 words should be submitted to allinposters@psu.edu by Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Include your name, major, college, poster title, and the name of your research supervisor. Please submit abstracts as a Word document. Submit early, space is limited. Please email allinposters@psu.edu if you have questions regarding the poster proposals.

Notifications: Email notifications of acceptance will be made by Friday, March 31. Students whose abstracts are accepted are invited to attend the conference lunch at noon and poster session (immediately following lunch) on Tuesday, April 18, 2017, at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center.

Poster dimensions: Useable display area is 46” x 46.” We recommend that posters be 36” x 46” in either landscape or portrait mode. Velcro is provided on-site and must be used.
