The American Solar Energy Society(ASES) is in the midst of designing and constructing an electrical charging picnic table powered by photovoltaic panels. We are pursuing an ambitious goal to complete this project that has been several years in the designing process. The need for sustainable technology is increasing and we hope to show Penn State how you can use solar energy, energy efficiency, and other sustainable technologies to reduce monthly utility bills and help tackle climate change. The American Solar Energy Society(ASES) weekly meetings are held on MONDAYS at 6pm in 217 Hammond.
