The 2014 Community Resiliency Summit is filled with opportunities for households, businesses and Everyone! Join us on October 8th, 9th and 10th at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center near Presque Isle State Park to learn about ways to be more resilient and prepared for extreme weather and emergencies.
The Summit has presentations and events geared for the general public (Wednesday/Thursday/Friday) and professionals (Friday). The event gets kicked off on Wednesday with a FREE - Ermovie screening with pop and popcorn. The first 45 households signed up on Thursday receive a FREE Emergency Preparedness "Go-Bag" sponsored by American Red Cross (ARS) and Erie Insurance. Friday is a jam packed day for professionals talking about how local utilities tie into extreme weather and emergency preparedness. The summit closes with a bang on Friday night with the Friday Night Live Dinner Theatre with comedy group In All Seriousness.

Agenda Highlights:
• Wednesday - FREE Movie Screening. Extreme Realities narrated by Matt Damon
• Thursday ($10 household) – ARS presents What's in Your "Go-Bag?", Green City Clean Waters a Philadelphia movie screening
• Friday ($15 individual) - Key Note speaker from American Red Cross, Green City, Clean Waters screening and panel, local utilities panel (Erie Water Authority, Penile and National Fuel)
• Friday Evening ($40/individual, $75/couple includes food, drinks, and entertainment) - Friday Night Live Dinner Theatre with comedy group In All Seriousness
