Job Summary

The primary functions of the position will be the compile and manipulate water testing data, greenhouse gas data, send sample result packets and notifications to landowners, and maintain testing records/databases. The position will also provide support to the Environmental and Safety Basin Coordinators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greenhouse gas data compilation and record keeping
Chemical recordkeeping/reporting
MSDS databases and sending to emergency services
Office safety tasks and items
Water and wastewater tracking/reporting and compilation of manifests
Combination office and field work

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None

EHS Technician Knowledge and Skills:

Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office a requirement
Technical writing skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Environmental Studies or related sciences
Bachelor's Degree preferred

Physical Work Conditions:

Primarily office work environment with typing, minimal lifting, and sitting for extended periods of time. Occasional field work conditions at well sites which requires appropriate safety gear (fire retardant clothing, steel toe boots and helmet) and significant walking/standing.
