Senator Casey seeks a Constituent Advocate for his Harrisburg, Pennsylvania field office to act as a liaison with federal, state and or/local agencies on behalf of constituents under the supervision of the Director of Constituent Services. Responsibilities will include answering casework correspondence and oral communications from constituents; communicating with various levels of government officials to apprise them of constituents’ problems and assist in their resolution; as well as other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communications skills, the ability to efficiently multi-task, and be able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preference will be given to bilingual candidates and those with Pennsylvania ties.
