The CalRecycle Pharmaceutical and Sharps Enforcement (PSE) Unit assists with developing, implementing and enforcing the compliance and enforcement policies related, but not limited to; pharmaceuticals and home generated sharps stewardship programs in California. The team assists in determining compliance with State Minimum Standards (SMS) through office research, oversight and field inspections.
