Radicle Impact is an impact venture capital firm focused on social justice, environmental resilience, and economic sustainability. We invest in early-stage companies across regenerative food systems, fair, transparent and beneficial finance and sustainable and just resource use – what we call “good food, good money and good climate.” We seek to achieve above benchmark financial returns by investing in companies where financial success creates catalytic and measurable social and environmental impact. Our office is in downtown San Francisco, however the team is remote through at least June 2021. A senior analyst at Radicle Impact is part of a lean, entrepreneurial team and has a unique opportunity to take on responsibility across all aspects of the organization. The Senior Analyst’s day-to-day will focus on supporting fundraising and marketing for the firm as well as working closely with the investment team to support portfolio companies. The Senior Analyst will be at the forefront of venture impact investing and the ongoing evolution of efforts to align investment management with the values of institutional capital markets. Note that while this is a 12-month program, we are focused on developing long-term additions to our team. We will support you in achieving your career objectives, including providing a robust early-stage impact venture investing experience.
