Location: Signal Hill, CA
The product manager will engage in customer discovery and business development with target customers to understand and quantify the value propositions, and will translate those details into product specifications. This position will guide the engineering team in the design, implementation, and testing of battery diagnostics products and battery systems at ReJoule. Candidates should be passionate and experienced about managing a software and hardware product from concept to customer, and should be even more passionate about creating a more sustainable future. We are looking for highly motivated self-starters comfortable working autonomously in an early stage company environment. You would work with and report directly to our CEO.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with customers to define and maintain product specifications
- Act as the bridge between the customer and the engineering team for product specifications
- Work with executive team to develop and execute product strategy
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary hardware electronics, mechanical engineering, and battery modeling teams to develop a fully integrated battery products for grant projects
- Cross functional leadership of development teams working on prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration
- Find solutions to complex issues and quickly test assumptions on the fly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that project timeline is met and project stays within budget
- Build a cleaner future with unprecedented battery data and analysis that will maximize the value of every battery
