We help our clients – primarily North American governments, utilities, private firms and non-profits – by assessing market-wide energy efficiency, renewable energy and clean mobility opportunities; by designing programs, policies and strategies to accelerate their adoption; and by evaluating (and improving) their performance.

Required skills & experience:
- 2-5 years of work experience that is relevant to supporting the clean energy transition
- a solid technical background in engineering, building sciences, and/or clean energy systems
- a general understanding of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies and practices
- knowledge and experience with the MS Office suite, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel and MS Access
- experience solving analytical problems with MS Excel and/or scripted tools (such as Python or R) for modelling economic and energy impacts and trends
- ability to write and communicate clearly in English
- ability to prioritize effectively and work on multiple tasks/ projects within established timelines and budgets
- ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills
- demonstrated interest in the clean energy transition
