The Position
Reporting to Stand’s Development Director, the Development Assistant, Institutional Giving is responsible for providing project management and administrative support to Stand’s institutional Giving program staff, including Stand’s Development Director and Associate Director of Institutional Giving. The Development Assistant, Institutional Giving is also responsible for submitting all proposals and grant reports, proofreading and formatting documents, preparing attachments, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements. The Development Assistant, Institutional Giving also writes cover letters and composes other types of correspondence to funders and manages foundation-related databases.

The pro-rated annual salary range for this position is $28,000-$40,000 (or $16.75-$24 per hour) based on experience and location. Although the hub of development operations are located in Stands’ San Francisco office, remote applicants who work in the Pacific time zone are encouraged to apply.
