ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an ambitious and process driven individual to join our Client Solutions Team. The position will require technical skills to understand the complex processes associated with our operations, the attention to detail needed to ensure that SREC, REC, and AEC certification applications are submitted to the proper regulatory agencies in an accurate and timely manner, and the ability to provide a high level of client services to our clients, installer partners, regulators, and vendors, all while possessing the ever-so-important knack for putting a smile on the face of our clients as you interact with them over the phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop knowledge and understanding of SREC, REC and AEC markets, and of state and renewable energy certification rules and procedures
- Process incoming applications in an accurate and timely manner
- Answer daily support questions by phone and email
- Understand, execute, and improve operational tasks
