NRDC is seeking an Advocate to join the growing Sustainable FERC Project (Project) team in the NRDC Climate & Clean Energy Program. The Advocate will focus on their work on advocacy at the Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO), which is one of the world’s largest wholesale electricity markets. The Advocate will play an important role in developing and implementing transmission and wholesale markets solutions through participation in MISO stakeholder meetings, related FERC advocacy, and others interested in reforming and improving MISO’s rules and practices. The Advocate also will work closely with the Project’s coalition partners.
