Location: Park Ridge, IL
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operational activity, as well as conducting some of energy efficiency technical work, for an industrial energy efficiency program. This includes managing administrative and technical customer support, performance monitoring and escalation processes, software support and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting. The PM will act as project manager for all new account start-up activities including, but not limited to, planning and coordination of energy efficiency tune-ups, implementation follow-up support, data gathering and analysis, engineering support and review, and performance reporting.
The PM is responsible for the program and for managing the continuous improvement process for delivery of service, workflow management, talent optimization and cost effectiveness. The PM manages the customer retention strategy and assists in pricing and contracting of new work. The PM oversees and guides the program team to continuously improve the program’s core offerings with new and innovative energy savings tools and processes.
