The Time is Now... To set BHAG Goals and Drive Change in Large Organizations
Steve Levitsky has been the VP of Sustainability at Perdue Farms, the 4thlargest poultry processor in the USA and largest organic poultry grower in the world, for the last four years. Working on UNSDGs, Perdue has set big hairy audacious goals to meet by 2022. Why 2022? Why not 2025 or 2030? Because the time is now to address environmental and social issues. Perdue has internal scorecards for product, people, planet, and profit. Steve will talk about transforming the Planet scorecard to address both internal short-term and external long-term goals, and where Perdue is at on its journey to becoming a sustainable company and being the most trusted name in food and agriculture
