Rotating Equipment Performance (REP) Wind Aftermarket Business Development

Reporting to: Director of Wind and Global Accounts
This position is accountable for sales, marketing, promotion, and implementation of Rotating Equipment Performance (REP) projects for the Wind Aftermarket (Original Equipment Service (OES), service providers, and end users). REP is a performance based business model which leverages SKF’s broad product offer and knowledge to develop optimized solutions and maintenance practices targeted to increase the availability of key assets allowing the customer to hit and exceed their contractual requirements. In addition to this responsibility, the position is responsible for evaluating the needs of the market and the competitive capacity and performance to satisfy those needs. Plans, develops, and implements the overall sales and marketing strategies and tactics for the REP offers and markets consistent with Division goals and strategies. Responsible for developing industry insights, advertising, and promotional programs to ensure the successful execution of the overall wind aftermarket strategy.
