Penn State is in the process of migrating all student email accounts from Webmail to Office 365. You should receive notice a week before your scheduled move, but make sure you're keeping track of this so you don't lose any important correspondences in the transition.
If you are a new student (accepted on or after May 8), your email account was automatically set up in Outlook.
